Claustrophobia

Today, I want to talk about claustrophobia. It is also considered a wide-spreaded social phobia.

Claustrophobia is a dread of close or narrow spaces.
People who have such phobia try not to be in a small room or cabin. They prefer to leave a door opened or try to stand closer to the exit.
They strongly avoid crowded places. For instance, such people start to panic in case they are locked in room or cabs by accident. That is why they would better go up stairs than using a lift.
As you see, they don't use car, bus, plain, train and avoid to be in the cellars, tunnels, caves, lifts and etc.

Have you ever been locked in a small room?
Did you panic or not?
